50 Acre Development Site

 

ECM in a joint venture with an India based family re-zoned and repurposed over 50 acres of underutilized agriculture land to residential and commercial use. Through a tedious entitlement process and substantial infrastructure engineering plan, ECM was able to create value to investors and increase land value by several multiples. Additionally, it represented the firm’s first cross border transaction demonstrating ECM’s ability to navigate and disseminate a non-domestic regulatory framework.

 

The investment opportunity was sourced through ECM’s professional network.  The site was not marketed to the public. The project has seen development of residential units starting 2015 and will continue through 2020.
